| | | David Fennell Position: Chairman and Director
Mr. Fennell received his law degree in 1979 from the University of Alberta and practiced in the areas of corporate and resource law until 1983, when he founded Golden Star Resources. During his term as President & CEO, Golden Star became a TSE 300 company and one of the largest and most successful exploration companies. In 1998, Mr. Fennell left Golden Star to become Chairman and CEO of Cambiex Explorations Ltd, which became Hope Bay Gold Corporation. He held this position until the merger of Hope Bay and Miramar Mining Corporation where he continued as Executive Vice-Chairman and director for the combined entity until its takeover, in January 2008, by Newmont Mining Corporation, a leading gold producer. He was Chairman of Ariane Gold Corp. from August 2002 until its acquisition by Cambior Inc. in November 2003, and was a director of Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation until the merger with Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation, one of the world's leading silver companies, in December 2007. He was Chairman of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until the business combination with NFX Gold Inc. to form Bear Lake Gold Inc. He is currently a director of Major Drilling Group International Inc.and Sutter Gold as well as the Chairman and director of Reunion Gold Corporation and Queensland Minerals Ltd.and Executive Chairman and director of Odyssey Resources Limited.

Mr. Thomas Larsen has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, specializing in corporate finance and management consulting to junior companies. From 1996 until its business combination with Maximus Ventures, Mr. Larsen held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of NFX Gold Inc. Mr. Larsen is also an officer and or a director of several companies including Champion Minerals Inc. (TSX: CHM) and Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX: ELO). Mr. Larsen possesses an extensive knowledge of the financial markets and over the past 30 years he has procured financings in excess of C$50 million for various publicly traded exploration companies.

Mr. Viens was the President and CEO of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until its business combination with NFX Gold Inc. Mr. Viens is the former Vice President of Business Development and Exploration for Cambior, Inc. Previously he was Vice President Exploration for Ariane Gold Corp. and before that Vice President Exploration for Hope Bay Gold Corp. Mr. Viens has also held a variety of operations positions with Cambior in the Val d'Or region of Quebec, at the Omai gold mine in Guyana and the Gross Rosebel mine in Suriname, and was chief geologist at Sigma Mines for 6 years.

Elaine Bennett has 20 years of experience with the mining industry. Ms. Bennett was a director of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until its business combination with NFX Gold Inc. She was Vice President and Controller with Miramar Mining Corporation until its takeover by Newmont Mining Corporation, a leading gold producer. Prior to Miramar, Ms. Bennett was the Controller at Con Mine in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Since September 2008, Ms. Bennett is Vice President, Finance and CFO of Sabina Silver Corporation.

Robert Cudney is the president and founder of Northfield Capital. The company was founded in 1981 and has financed many successful junior companies. These include FNX Mining Co. Inc., Guyana Goldfields Inc. and Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. Mr. Cudney also serves as a director of the following resource exploration companies: Aspen Group Resources Corp., Caspian Energy Inc., FNX Mining Company Inc., Gold Eagle Mine Ltd., Guyana Goldfields Inc., and Mill City Gold Corp. He served as a director of NFX Gold Inc. until its business combination with Maximus Ventures Ltd.

Alexander S. Horvath, P. Eng. is a geological engineering graduate from the University of Toronto with over 26 years experience in the base and precious metals exploration and mining business. Mr. Horvath has wide ranging domestic and international experience having worked 20 years for Asarco Incorporated and or subsidiary companies in Canada, southwestern US, French Guiana, Portugal and Morrocco. During his tenure with Asarco and its subsidiaries, Mr. Horvath attained positions as Exploration Manager and VP Exploration. Mr. Horvath is also presently an officer and director of several companies including Champion Minerals Inc. (TSX: CHM) and A.S. Horvath Engineering Inc., a private company operated by Mr. Horvath offering professional engineering services to the exploration and mining industry.

Philip Martin was employed as a mining engineer in various capacities with RTZ and then Dames and Moore. Mr. Martin also spent 25 years in mining finance with Toronto Dominion Bank, Gordon Capital, and others. He is a director of several public mining and exploration companies. He was a director of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until its business combination with NFX Gold Inc.

Stephen Quin is President and COO of Capstone Mining Corp. since it business combination in Nov. 2008 with Sherwood Copper Corporation for which he was President and CEO. He has more than 25 years of experience in exploration, corporate management, and investor relations. Sherwood, now Capstone Mining, is a TSX Venture Exchange-listed copper-gold producer that owns the Minto copper-gold mine in Yukon, Canada. He was previously the Executive Vice President of Miramar Mining Corporation where he led the due diligence team that acquired the Hope Bay project. He was a director of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until the business combination with NFX Gold Inc. to form Bear Lake Gold Inc.

Mr. Krushnisky obtained a bachelor's degree in commerce in 1983 from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Accountant with close to twenty years of experience in the mining sector. Mr. Krushnisky was employed by Cambior Inc., for over 10 years in various capacities, including Vice-President and Controller. Since 2004, Mr. Krushnisky has been doing consulting work for various mining companies including Reunion Gold Corporation, Queensland Minerals Ltd. and Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation until the merger with Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation. He was CFO of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until the business combination with NFX Gold Inc. to form Bear Lake Gold Inc.

Ms. Plante holds a law degree from the University of Montreal, is a member of the Quebec Bar and has over 15 years experience in the mining sector. Ms. Plante was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Maximus Ventures Ltd. until the business combination with NFX Gold Inc. to form Bear Lake Gold Inc. She is also Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel of Queensland Minerals Ltd., Reunion Gold Corporation and Odyssey Resources Limited. Previously, she held a similar position with Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation until the merger with Coeur D'Alene Mines Corporation. Prior to this, Ms. Plante was Corporate Secretary and in-house counsel for Ariane Gold Corporation, Hope Bay Gold Corporation and Golden Star Resources.
